Beenie Man is hitting back at Spice’s recent comments that he has done nothing for Dancehall to be the King.

The “Needle Eye” deejay lashed out at the Veteran recording artist back in October after he declared that Lady Saw is still the “Queen of Dancehall” during a candid interview with Onstage TV.

In a lengthly response, Spice said the Doc. was just upset because she made it clear that Vybz Kartel is the new king of the genre.

During Beenie Man’s recent performance at the Live at The Devon concert series in Kingston, he responded to the claims, “Dem seh Beenie Man nuh buss nuh artiste, but Beenie Man buss Beenie Man. Ain’t I an artiste? I buss myself,” he said.
