Which sees him spending the festive season behind bars, the deejay is also the subject of other criminal investigations.Tommy Lee is being represented by Queen\u2019s Counsel Tom Tavares Finson and Donahue Martin."He was not charged in my presence and I left his presence at about 1 a.m. this morning (Tuesday). I learnt about the charges on social media," said Martin. "It would not be prudent, certainly for me, to comment on the nature of the allegation without having formal disclosure. With that, we will be able to know the potential evidence against our client and we can have a determination to the matter one way or the other. I have been able to speak to him but I can't comment beyond that."
