Anju Blaxxx Lottery Scam Charges Dismissed

Andrew Sayeed Myrie, popularly known as Anju Blaxxx is now freed of all lottery scam charges.

The producer was arrested in Miami last year February on mail and wire fraud charges and has been in the US since then awaiting his trial.

Surprisingly, the prosecutor asked the judge for dismissal of all the charges brought against the producer who was absent from the court proceedings but since all charges have been dismissed Blaxx can now return home to Jamaica where he can resume producing new music.

However, Blaxxx will have to pay a fine of $250,000 in the Kingston and St.Andrew Parish Court after pleading guilty last week to making a false declaration to Jamaica Customs, as reported by the Observer.

Deon-ville O’Hara popularly known as ZJ Wah Wah is still awaiting trial for the exact same charges which were brought against Blaxx after her was arrested in November 2013 at the Sangster International Airport in Montego Bay with US$105,000 in his possession. O’Hara told airport authorities that the money was for a record contract he had with producer Anju Blaxx, who in return provided false documentation of the supposed contract.
