Alkaline Re-releases ‘Nice & Easy,’ Scraps Old Artwork To Avoid Lawsuit

Popular Dancehall artist Alkaline has re-released his latest single ‘Nice & Easy’ while discarding the previous artwork which featured Jamaican model Nerissa Nefeteri to avoid a possible lawsuit from photographer Jason Bassett.

Last week the Vendetta deejay came under heavy fire after he dropped the Leemilla-produced single.

According to Nefeteri and Bassett they never gave Alkaline’s team permission to use their content. After a few heated conversations, they were prepared to slap the artist with a lawsuit if the issue wasn’t resolved.
