Alkaline announces first 2017 show in Jamaica after Beenie Man feud

Dancehall artiste Alkaline has confirmed his first performance in Jamaica for 2017.

The Vendetta deejay will be performing live at a solo event presented by Brownstone Entertainment and New Era Promotions dubbed ‘New Rules’ in Kingston, Jamaica on Saturday, March 25 after an over two year hiatus from the island.

Alkaline made the announcement Wednesday on social media sending his vendetta fans into a frenzy, “Mhm,” he captioned the teaser flyer for the event.

‘New Rules’ comes days after the ‘King of Dancehall’ Beenie Man made claims that the ‘Microwave’ deejay said he was done with “Dutty Jamaica,” Alkaline quickly refuted claims on Instagram labelling Beenie Man as a liar.
