Dead is Monica Kerr of Camp Savanna in the parish.

According to the Jamaica Fire Brigade, the Savanna-la-Mar Fire Station responded to a call at about 10:34 am that a building was on fire.

One unit from the Negril Fire Station and another from the Savanna-la-Mar Fire Station responded and carried out cooling down operations after the fire, which spread quickly and destroyed the building.
