Vybz Kartel is working overtime to rebuild his Portmore Empire with new talents.
The incarcerated Dancehall superstar teamed up with up-and-coming entertainer/social media personal Jodi Couture back in December for a raunchy single titled “Backshot.”
The track which is produced by Ricky Blaze and LMR, samples Spragga Benz and Lady Saw’s smash hit 200 single “Backshot Mi Love.”
“Me ago buss your little pu**y cuz a backshot yo love / coulda shave coulda busy gal a backshot yo love / You a boom pon the buddy cuz a backshot yo love / Me big hood a go down in a yo good up good up,” Kartel deejays over the beat.
While Vybz Kartel awaits the outcome of his appeal trial, the self-proclaimed “Worl’ Boss” has been dropping a slew of tracks over the last few weeks. Kartel is also set to drop his forthcoming album “Exiled Pharoah” later this year.
