Dancehall artiste Vanessa Bling couldn’t hold back the tears over the weekend as the ‘Independent Ladies’ ladies got emotional before her performance as she reflected on her past with former mentor Vybz Kartel.
As her hit collaboration with the incarcerated Dancehall superstar was played during the introduction of her set, “Introducing Vanessa Bling, As Gaza Slim,” Kartel says in the raunchy single. According to Bling, the track always brings her back to her first show in Sint Maarten. This song bring me to the world,” she wrote. “Remember my first show in st. Maarten.”
