Trey Songz will not be charged in his Los Angeles domestic violence case.
Back in February, during NBA All-Star weekend, a woman by the name of Andrea Buera claimed the R&B singer punched her in the face at a Hollywood Hills party for talking to another man. According to Buera, the beatdown was so bad that she suffered a concussion.
Last week Songz was clear of all wrongdoing in the incident after his lawyer provided witness statements that contradicted Buera’s original story.
As a result, the L.A. City Attorney rejected the case on Friday, citing insufficient evidence, just one month after the L.A. District Attorney revealed the singer would not face any felony charges in the case.
