A woman who claims R&B singer Trey Songz choked and punched her in a jealous rage last month won a domestic violence restraining order Tuesday.

The alleged victim said in a sworn statement obtained by the Daily News that she had been friends and “occasional romantic partners” with Songz, whose real name is Tremaine Neverson, for several years when he allegedly attacked her.

She claimed they were at his rental house in Los Angeles Feb. 17 after hanging out at Boulevard3 nightclub when Neverson became enraged by her conversation with another man.

“You want to act like a ho and get with my boy?” Neverson allegedly asked, according to the petition filed Tuesday.

The woman claims Neverson “charged” at her and “began choking” her.

“I tried defending myself by hitting his hand off of my neck but when I got out of the choke hold, he then started punching me in the face,” she claimed. “I was able to get away from him and began circling a car in the garage screaming and crying while others just watched and spread out.”

She said he chased her, hit her again and threw her two phones off a cliff.

The woman said Neverson eventually began to apologize and gave her $2,000 to replace her phones before a driver took her home. “I went to the hospital the next day after suffering migraines all day that lead to vomiting,” she said.

She submitted photos to the court showing bruises on her face, jaw, arm and back. She also included a report filed with Los Angeles Police at a hospital on February 18.
