Facing two criminal cases in Fulton County, Georgia, Tommie’s request for bail was granted under one condition—she was ordered to wear the device which will prevent her from consuming alcohol until her cases are resolved.

The SCRAM Continuous Alcohol Monitoring device, worn around the ankle, reportedly detects alcohol consumption through body sweat every 30 minutes.
Although Tommie will have to pay the $400-500 monthly cost for the device, matters could have been much worse with the prosecutors on her case desperately trying to get her bond from a 2016 DUI arrest revoked due to her recent arrest for an alleged mall employee attack.
