Straight Outta Compton actor Jason Mitchell, who played legendary NWA member Eazy-E, has been accused of allegedly assaulting a woman while at a Ritz hotel.
According to TMZ reports, 18-year-old Emily Marquez says she was assaulted by the Straight Outta Compton star after she refused his sexual advances.
Marquez claims that Mitchell grabbed her arms, and dragged her to the ground by her hair, and had to be hospitalized.
However the breakout star has a different version of the alleged incident, claiming that Marquez was caught trying to crash a party he was hosting at the hotel, and became violent after being exposed.
Marquez has vowed to take legal action against the star, claiming she was physically and emotionally injured.
