Love & Hip Hop Atlanta star Stevie J is suing his ex Joseline Hernandez for defamation, according to TMZ.
According to TMZ reports, the reality TV star is suing Hernandez for false statements and reports she made about him about him to the public. Stevie says Hernandez made falsified reports to the Georgia Division of Family and Children Service claiming that he had sexually abused his daughter, a claim which she also made on Twitter.
Hernandez would allegedly go on to make various other claims on public forums, including claims that Stevie is actually homosexual, and that he was a secret devil-worshipper.
The renowned “Honey” producer denied all the claims as fictitious, a claim that was supported by his ex wife and mother of his daughter, Mimi Faust.

The bitter relationship between Stevie and Hernandez reached fever pitch this summer when she claimed she was pregnant and that Stevie was the father, a claim he flat out denied.
Stevie would go on to obtain a restraining order against his ex following the accusations.
