A St James man who was recently listed as ‘wanted’ for rape and buggery, has been captured in St Elizabeth.
Arrested is Donald Reid also known as ‘John’. According to reports, he was picked up during a police operation in the parish last Wednesday.
Citizens are being reminded that it is an offense the harbour wanted persons at their home and they can be prosecuted. Similarly, people put themselves and their families at increased risks of attack by other criminals.
The police is asking the public to share information on wanted persons, illegal guns and ammunition through Crime Stop at 311, 811, the Stay Alert App and through the tip line at 837-8888.
