A St Elizabeth man was rescued from a shallow grave after being hacked and partially buried for three days.
According to police reports the man was chopped, beaten and left for dead in a swamp section of Brompton community two weeks ago.
The man was reportedly found buried upright, with his head above the ground.
Police are still investigating the incident.
