Injured fans are reportedly suing rappers Snoop Dogg and Wiz Khalifa following a railing collapse at their “High Road Tour” concert in Camden, New Jersey, according to the Associated Press.

Court documents were reportedly filed in a Philadelphia court, and names 17 people as victims in the lawsuit. The suit named both rappers, and venue operator “Live Nation” as being responsible for the accident.

Although earlier reports had suggested that fans only suffered minor injuries, the lawsuit claims several fans suffered broken bones, torn ligaments, had a loss of consciousness, experienced emotional trauma, and one person suffered a fractured spine.

Reports are that several fans fell as much as 10 feet on to hard concrete, after they surged to the front while the two rappers began their performance.

“I can tell you there is no doubt there was a crowd surge based upon the setup of the lawn with no chairs and no aisles, lack of security … and then the artists telling people to come forward,” said Robert J. Mongeluzzi, the lawyer representing those injured.
