A second of four victims who were shot and injured during a home invasion on Foga Road in May Pen, Clarendon has died in hospital.
The deceased has been identified as Omar Grant.
Grant is the second of four victims to die in hospital after 45-year-old Patrina Edwards died two days after being admitted following the brutal home invasion which took place on January 6.
According to reports, Edwards along with her 24-year-old daughter, her daughter’s boyfriend and their 2-year-old child, were at home about 10:00 p.m., when three gunmen invaded the premises demanding money.
Reports indicate that the gunmen also tried to rape the 24-year-old woman but she resisted and they opened fire hitting all four victims.
The four victims were rushed to hospital.
The police are still investigating the incident.
