According to reports, Kingston was physically assaulted and robbed of his $300,000 chain by two men at LA’s Penthouse Nightclub last week.

However, it seems Kingston is blaming the LA nightclub for the incident, as he has reportedly filed a lawsuit stating that they helped orchestrate the assault and robbery, according to TMZ.
Kingston claims that he was in the VIP area of the club when a security guard informed him that another VIP guest wished to speak with him. He claims that after going over to talk to the guest, he was ambushed by two men who punched him several times and hit him with a champagne bottle before snatching his pricey chain.
The pop singer is allegedly seeking more than $900,000 in the lawsuit.
