Nicki Minaj’s album “The PinkPrint” has amassed one billion views on Spotify and her ex-boo Safaree put their differences aside and congratulated the hip hop queen.
The Trinidadian rapper now joins the likes of Rihanna, Beyonce and other big name pop stars who have amassed a billion views with one album, Nicki announced the great news on Instagram but Spotify has yet comment on the numbers.
The “Piills and Potions rapper posted a photo on IG with the caption: “Is this true? Can I get a billion dollars instead? love u guys I AM #ThePinkprint.”
It is reported that Nicki Minaj, Beyonce and Rihanna are the only three black females who have amassed one billion streams on the popular music streaming service, Spotify.
Safaree stepped into the Shaderoom and congratulated Nicki on her achievement but also added that added that even though he wasn’t given any credits on the album he’s become accustomed to it by now.
