Opposition leader and former Prime Minister of Jamaica, Portia Simpson Miller has congratulated sprint legend Usain Bolt on his historic 7th gold medal.
According to Simpson Miller, Usain Bolt has enshrined his name in history as one of the greatest athletes of all times proving once again his extraordinary talent and the result of focus, discipline and determination.
In congratulating the three-time Olympic 100 metres champion, the Opposition Leader added that Usain Bolt continues to validate his personal greatness and highlight to the world the best of the Jamaican spirit and culture.
