Popcaan is calling out his longtime rival Alkaline on Instagram – Like all Dancehall artists and selectors these days – for dissing Vybz Kartel and Gaza fans.
Last week Alkaline sent incarcerated Dancehall superstar Vybz Kartel a message on social media following the release of his latest single “Don’t Come Back.”
In the single allegedly aimed at his common-law wife Shorty, Kartel made it clear that he’s the rightful owner for the “1 Don” title that the “Badness It Name” deejay has been using for the last few months.
“1 Don, 1 Don that’s me Kartel, World Boss or teach, run street whether black or bleach,” Kartel deejays in the track.

After listening to the single, the “Man Himself” took to Instagram on Saturday to upload a photo in studios reclaiming the title. “1 Don,” he wrote. Alkaline later changed the caption to “1 Bl**dclaat Don” after getting bashed from Gaza fans.
Now it seems Popcaan isn’t here for Alkaline dissing his former mentor and is also sending a message. On Thursday night, the “Stray Dog” deejay wrote, “So f**king unruly ?Nuh Likkle wanna be don can’t fool me..!!! #outside” sending social media users into a frenzy.
