Police surround Chris Brown’s home in standoff

Los Angeles police officers have surrounded Chris Brown’s Tarzana home and are awaiting a search warrant following reports that he allegedly used a gun to threaten a woman early Tuesday morning.

According to TMZ, a woman reportedly made a 911 call from the residence at approximately 3 a.m. claiming that Brown had pointed a gun at her during a violent rage.

Police officers attempted to enter the home but were reportedly told by Brown to obtain a search warrant and there has been a virtual standoff since.

The “Loyal” singer took to Instagram to rant against police saying he was innocent and is being targeted by the police and the media.

“Good luck. When you get the warrant or whatever you need to do you’re going to walk right up in here and you’re going to see nothing, you idiots,” he said in one video. “I’m tired of … dealing with y’all,” said Brown.

According to TMZ, the singer would later toss a duffle bag outside a window, which allegedly contained a weapon and drugs while taunting cops “come and get me.”
