On Tuesday a personal trainer was exonerated by the St Cathrine Parish Court following accusations that he broke into the home of a policewoman and attempted to rape her.

The 25-year-old man, Chaddane Harris, was freed of all charges after the presiding judge agreed with a no-case submission by his attorney, Vincent Wellesley, based upon a lack of credible identification evidence.
