The dancehall community and fans of Niko Chromatic turned out in their numbers to support the top MC as he seeks help in order to undergo a well needed surgery.
Niko who as been absent from the dancehall scene for over a year due to his battle with kidney disease launched a GoFundMe account on Wednesday.
Since the account became public, the ‘Niko Chromatic Medical Fund’ has raised $15,920USD.
