Nesbeth Reflects On His Wife Ann Marie Elliott’s Death

Exactly one year ago today, Wednesday, February 17, 2016, shockwaves were sent around the music community after news broke about Ann Marie Elliott’s death, the beloved wife of Reggae firebrand Nesbeth.

Elliott died in the United States after prolonged battle with cancer, she had been the “My Dream” singer’s longtime girlfriend before they got married on March 24, 2013.

Reflecting on Ann Marie’s death, Nesbeth took to Instagram on Friday February 17, 2017 to upload a blackout photo. “I lost my beloved wife Annmarie Elliott Nesbeth on this day last year 17.2.16,” He captioned the post while using the hashtag “Missing Wifey.”

Fans continued to give their condolences to the artiste, “I am so sorry for your loss! I notice you still wear your wedding band and hers, as well!! I think that’s beautiful! Blessings and love to you and your lovely family!,” one user wrote.

“Sorry for your loss and to the children…she’s watching over u all… she kept u all going a year after n many more years to go she’ll always be there,” another added.

While other praised him on his strength, “Love how you raised the bar and hold the family together same way general…Nuff respect.”
