Amid the legal back and forth between Nelly and Monique Greene over her allegations of sexual assault, the accuser has summoned the rapper’s girlfriend to assist in her lawsuit against him.

Back in January, Shantel Jackson, Nelly’s girlfriend, broke her silence about the allegations of sexual assault, claiming the rapper’s accusers were all lying.

“Having to go through all of this publicly is the worst feeling ever,” Jackson wrote. “But this should not open the door for false claims. Those dates these Jane Doe’s are claiming, I was at those venues, in the dressing rooms, and on that tour bus. There are women dealing with real issues of sexual assault and for the first-time people are listening and there is a chance for real change. But all of this work is discredited and makes things harder for the survivors when people lie.”

At the time, Greene accused Jackson of lying to corroborate her boyfriend’s alibi and “further his defamation campaign” against her. But now, Greene is demanding proof.

In court documents obtained by The Blast, Green says she wants Jackson to provide “all photographs, receipts, social media posts, airline tickets, bus tickets, phone records and other documents regarding her whereabouts on June 8, 9, 10, 2016; October 5, 6, 7, 2017 and December 4, 5, 6, 2017” to back her claims that she was there when the alleged incidents occurred.

Greene also wants Jackson’s deposition to be videotaped.

In addition to all of that, Greene wants Nelly to fork over documents as well, including tax returns, any witnesses that may have been around at the time of the alleged sexual assaults, any sexual encounters he had with fans, any documents related to the allegations and all Jackson’s travel arrangements.

Although Nelly has already filed an objection to Greene’s request for documents, a judge has yet to rule on the situation.
