Nelly is reportedly under investigation for sexual assault due to an incident that allegedly occurred in England last year.
According to TMZ, the incident reportedly occurred December 5th after Nelly’s show in Essex when the accuser reportedly approached him for a picture.

The woman says upon her request, the rapper wrapped his arm around her and asked if she could stay and talk to him. The two then went back to his dressing room with her friends, but shortly after, he asked her to join him in another room next door. In a statement received by TMZ, Nelly’s attorney Scott Rosenblum said, “These allegations arose after Ms. Green amended her suit for money to include a reference to these claims. The fact that the police are investigating these claims is not new information and Nelly welcomes a thorough investigation. Nelly is confident that once investigated, these claims will be determined to be disingenuous.
“Nelly was accompanied by his girlfriend during this tour and she was at his side throughout. It is important that police investigate every allegation of this nature,” he continued.
