Two men were shot and killed in St James, Montego Bay on Saturday night.
The deceased have been identified as 24-year-old chef, Shavorna Brown and 23-year-old Jhevani James.
According to reports, shortly after 11:00 pm, Brown and James were in Toyota Corolla motorcar travelling along Leader Avenue in the parish when gunmen opened fire on the vehicle.
They were taken to the Cornwall Regional Hospital where doctors pounced them dead.
The parish recorded seven murders in 24 hours over the weekend.
