A female entertainer who was reported missing on Thursday following the discovery of the body of accountant Esron Laing, has been found unharmed.
The woman has been identified as Sherine Fox, an up-and-coming artiste who goes by the stage name Sexilous of Pembroke Hall in St Andrew and Rocky Point, Clarendon.
Police say Fox was found Friday afternoon and is currently back with her family. She is not a suspect at this time and investigations into Laing’s murder are still ongoing.
Laing was reportedly shot dead after leaving a party in Portland Cottage in Clarendon to take Fox home bout 4 am on Wednesday. His Range Rover was found on the banks of a river in bushes close to where his body was found.
When his body was discovered, only the woman’s belongings were found at the scene and in Laing’s vehicle.
