MC Nuffy is serious about taking legal action against Spice and has hired attorney Ludlow Black to represent him.
The popular emcee will be seeking a public apology and monetary compensation from the new “Queen of Dancehall” over recent comments Spice made during an Instagram Live session.
The “Under Fire” deejay sent shock waves in the Dancehall industry last weekend when she made claims of Nuffy being Paedophile and drug trafficker.

Black says his client is demanding an apology and they are also interested in being compensated as they believe Spice’s statement to her over one million followers tarnished Nuffy’s reputation both locally and abroad.
“He [MC Nuffy] has strong grounds for a case not just regular grounds. It’s very clear because Spice made two significant remarks,” Black said, “For me, it’s straightforward defamation of character, which doesn’t need to prove damages. He has a strong case for slander.”
Spice is yet to respond to the pending lawsuit.
