Mavado has teamed up Stefflon Don to drop another banger, “Diamond Body,” amidst the controversy surrounding his son’s murder case.
The “Gully Gad” is staying true to his promise of delivering new music to fans as the deejay recently teamed up with English rapper StefflonDon for the single “Diamond Body,” which is produced by DJ Frass.
The infectious track which is featured on the NetFlixxx Riddim, follows upon the success of the English rapper’s massive hit “Hurtin Me,” which has been one of the biggest hits for the star.
Mavado was subjected to heavy criticism in recent weeks, as some fans accused the Dancehall superstar of fleeing Jamaica and neglecting his teenage son to face the charges for the killing of 23-year-old Lorenzo Thomas.

The teenage boy, who was charged along with 23-year-old Andre Hines, is accused of instructing the man to behead Thomas. The victim was shot, chopped, and burnt to death inside his home in Cassava Piece, St Andrew.
It is alleged that Thomas’ death is a reprisal killing in connection with a shooting incident involving Mavado in the community just days prior to the man’s death.
Mavado has is currently in the United States and has ignored warnings by law enforcement officials to turn himself in for questioning.
