Mavado is sending his prayers for his teenage son who is facing a battle for his freedom after being charged with murder.

The “Father God” deejay is praying for his son as he took to Instagram last week posting a photo of himself and with his 16-year-old son with a prayer emoji attached and quoting a powerful bible verse.

“Rejoicing in Hope; patient in tribulation; and continuing instant in Prayers’. ..Romans 12:12,” the deejay wrote. “Good morning, some of us today have had unfair things happen. Life has not turned out like we had hoped, but God wants us to rise up out of those ashes, put on a new attitude. He will not only bring us out, but He will bring us with twice of what we had before. God wants to perfect the things that concerns us, continue to trust Him. Be safe, have a very Blessed day ???”

Mavado’s Son Bail Hearing Set For July 31

Mavado has maintained the innocence of his son despite investigators claiming he orchestrated the murder of 23-year-old Lorenzo Thomas who was shot, chopped, and burned to death at home in Cassava Piece.

Sources say the entertainer has been taking his son’s legal perils quite hard and remains committed to doing everything within his power to prove his innocence.

Mavado has been in the United States, where he is a permanent resident, despite several warnings from local law enforcement officials advising him to turn himself in for questioning.

Investigators say they would like to question the deejay following a series of violent incidents in the Cassava Piece area following a shooting incident, in which the entertainer narrowly escaped injury last month.

#Mavado wishing us a blessed day ?
