Mavado has clapped back at his former mentor Bounty Killer following deejay’s recent outburst on social media.
Last weekend social media was sent into a frenzy after Bounty Killer cleared the air on his frosty relations with his former protege Mavado while also praising Vybz Kartel during a lengthy rant on Instagram.
The whole fiasco unfolded after one fan decided to ask the veteran superstar why he was posting pictures with Vybz Kartel but not Mavado. The comment seemingly incurred the wrath of the entertainer lashed out against his former protege calling him as “selfish” and ungrateful.

Mavado has since responded by labelling his former mentor as “badmind.” The deejay, whose real name is David Brooks, took to Instagram saying “Bad mind ago kill some a dem just gwaan watch dem David.”
Bounty Killer and Mavado have endured a frosty relationship since 2011 following the shooting death Mavado’s close friend Conroy “Connie” Edwards, who was killed at Bounty Killer’s birthday party at the Quad Nightclub.
In 2016 the two seemingly had patched up their differences as they were spotted at an event together in Kingston and even posted a picture signaling the end of their feud, however, it seems that peace was short lived.
