Portland bus driver Patrick Harris, otherwise known as ‘Macaroni’ has expressed his deep frustration towards the negative attention being directed at him following the emergence of a viral video making fun of him last November.

According to the driver, although he has managed to deal with the ridicule thus far he left disappointed by the negative attention geared towards his children, as they are often taunted.

The driver claims that his children have been negatively affected by the incident as they are frequently taunted and jeered by persons implying that he is a ‘mad man’ or stupid, which he firmly denies.

The 40-year-old father of seven gained notoriety last November after a video surfaced online with onlookers expressing shock at his poor judgment in trying to cross a flooded roadway.
