Love and Hip Hop: Atlanta star Tommie Lee has officially been charged in an alleged Lenox Square fight that left a jewellery store employee with a black eye.
According to TMZ, the incident occurred on February 1 inside the Henri Bendel store in the Atlanta mall. Upon arrival, Tommie was being helped by an employee named Daniella, but things took a turn for the worse when an argument ensued. Officials say the reality star was caught on surveillance cam being aggressive toward the employee before she walked around the display case and slapped and punched her “repeatedly.”

At the time, the victim lawyered up and threatened legal action in the wake of the incident. But now, Tommie is facing more than just a lawsuit. According to the publication, the reality star has been charged with battery with substantial harm by the Solicitor General’s Office.
To make matters worse, Tommie is still facing her 2016 DUI case and two warrants for her arrest have already been issued amid the legal drama. She is due back in court next week.
