Justin Bieber and Sofia Richie have called it quits after just six weeks of dating, according to PEOPLE.
According to reports the “Sorry” singer and his 18-year-old love interest Sofia Richie, who is the daughter of Lionel Richie, recently called broke up after dating for six weeks.
The two began dating back in mid-August and created quite a stir after Bieber lashed his fans for leaving negative comments on their Instagram photos he shared.
The incident also sparked further controversy after his ex-girlfriend Selena Gomez also left some relationship advice on his post, saying “If you can’t handle the hate, then stop posting pictures of your girlfriend lol- It should be special between you two only.”
Bieber would later hit back at his ex saying “It’s funny to see people that used me for attention and still try to point the finger this way. Sad. All love.”

Details on Richie’s breakup with Bieber have yet to emerge, but sources have speculated that it may be down to the pop superstar’s inability to settle down at the moment.
