Jameik King is currently promoting his latest single Just a Little Smile, which was released by the Konsequence Muzik label last December.

“My new single is doing well; it’s getting a lot of love in the streets. We shot the video for it recently, it’s currently being edited and will be ready for release soon,” he said.

The singjay is planning to step up his game in 2018.

“I’m working on a collab with a very popular reggae singer right now. My team and I don’t want to disclose too much about this project, but it should be ready for release by the end of March,” he said.

Jameik King was in sparkingly form over the recent holidays as he delivered impressive performances at a number of major events including GT’s Christmas Extravaganza, the Portmore Music Fest, the Tarrus Riley & Friends concert, and the Reggae Music For Life concert.

“The holidays were very hectic; I had a lot of fun performing for my fans all over the island. I got a good response at all the events, especially at Christmas Extravaganza in St Elizabeth,” he said.

King’s management team, which is headed by UK based businessman Garthfield Whyte, is organising a UK promotional tour for the artiste.

“We’re currently working with a UK-based PR company called Mastermind Promotion to promote Jameik in the UK and Europe. We’re putting together a UK promo tour for March and April,” said Whyte.
