Ishawna took to the stage in Portland on Tuesday night and performed her new hit single “Equal Rights” despite being warned by Bounty Killer last week.

The former Downsound Records artist sent female patrons into a frenzy when she dropped the new raunchy single, “Mi seh some people affi guh cork dem ears…. dem affi guh cork dem ears tonight!” Ishawna said taking jabs at Bounty Killer.

Bumpa to some bwoy nice cleeeaaan farid…. a dat mi seh,” an emotional Ishawna told fans during her set.

However while winning over more female fans, her performance has since made the Veteran deejay who was also billed for the show furious.

Bounty Killer previously told Ishawna that if she performed the single in his presence he would not be taking any more bookings for events she’s on.

“@mslegendary cyaah sing tha song deh at this show else mi ago rush har Nuh kitten or Catfish can nuh bloodclaath bother come bcuz that cyaah sing else she cannot be on no more shows with me either mi nuh sing fi bowcat or bowfish?,” Killer wrote on Instagram last week.

However Ishawna made it clear that she was going to perform the single, “This festive baddd!!!,” Ishawna captioned a screenshot of Killer’s post. “Lol mi Neva know me and killa aguh war dung a Portland next week? ???? bring it on Rodney?. #equalrights,” she added.

According to sources, after last night Bounty Killer is now looking to explore that option.
