Govana’s management team has poured cold water on rumours circulating that he and fellow Dancehall artist Masicka are now feuding following an altercation at the after party for the GraceKennedy Boys and Girls’ Athletics Championships.

According to the deejay’s publicist,  Raymond ‘Shadow’ Small his client is not engaged in any feud with Masicka, and allegations of an alleged physical confrontation between camps are totally false.

Small claims the rumours are simply false stories being fueled by bloggers to gain attention.

News of the alleged altercation emerged last Sunday after bloggers, including Foota Hype, claimed that an incident occurred between the two Dancehall superstars at the after champs event staged at the Limelight entertainment complex on Saturday night.

According to reports, members of the “Breeze” deejay’s entourage allegedly tried to prevent Masicka from gracing the stage for his set, a move which did not go down well with the “Kill Quick” singer.

It is alleged that cops were forced to intervene after both camps became engaged in a small scuffle, which was also involved members of Tommy Lee Sparta’s crew who were defending Masicka.

The Half-Way Tree police have since disclosed that they have no information on the alleged incident.
