Following his impressive performance at Best Of The Best in Miami, Florida, Fast-rising Connecticut-based Dancehall/Reggae artist Frassman Brilliant is set to take the stage at Philly Carnival 2017 in Fairmount Park on Saturday, June 17th.
Philly Carnival’s parade kicks off at 12 Noon at 4200 Chamounix Drive and is free however fans will have to tump over $15 for Adults and $5 for Children for the concert.

The ‘Welcome To Jamaica’ singer has been on a rise since his resurgence in the music industry, he also performed at Magnum New Rules earlier this year in Kingston, Jamaica.
