Former manager of Alkaline affiliate Kasanova is being accused of murder after the deejay has been missing for over a week now.
Kasanova’s current manager DJ Luxx spoke with ‘The Fix’ earlier this week to give an update on the artist and hinted that Sheldon Lincoln aka Jay Bad could be responsible as the two had a falling out just a few days before Kasanova went missing.
“A week and a half before that he [Kasanova] had some issues with management, there was a big uproar because as you know he is being managed by two persons which is me and another person name Jay Bad,” Luxx said. “Me and the artist found out that Jay Bad has been scamming people using both my name and the name of the artist to gain money like a lot of money.”
“It is just strange that couple days after that incident this happened to the artist,” Luxx added.
Meanwhile, the Constabulary Communications Unit (CCU), say the upcoming Dancehall entertainer has still not been found several days after he was reported missing by his mother.
Concerns were raised over the the entertainer’s safety after he posted a troubling message on his Instagram account saying that “it will all end soon. Rather die a free man than live in bondage.”
Kasanova is best known for being a former affiliate of Dancehall superstar Alkaline, and allegedly wrote a number of his popular hits including 1,2,3, Gone Away and Things Mi Love. However the two later split due to creative and personal differences.
