Foota Hype is ashamed of what Dancehall music is now representing.

Since the start of the year the outspoken selector/producer has blasted several entertainers including Konshens, Shenseea, Vybz Kartel and Squash for going against the Dancehall and Jamaican rules.

It seems Foota Hype has now given up his fight for the music citing that there is no longer any morals left in the music industry.

“It’s now clear to me that my beloved dancehall is no longer what it use to be,” Foota Hype wrote on IG. “The moral standard and God fearing values we use to possess are no more.”

“It’s now a anything goes business now and a me alone never realize it, so as far as I see lesbianism is a go so automatically battymanism ago be a go and if those things are a go then rape murder robbery kidnapping scamming and drugs is a go I guess Jamaica is at the mercy of God almighty,” he continued.

Foota Hype’s comment comes after he called out incarcerated Dancehall superstar Vybz Kartel over his “Beat Dem Bad” collaboration with Squash.
