R&B veteran singer Faith Evans is being sued for reportedly bailing on a scheduled Atlanta performance in order to take part in the Bad Boy Family Reunion tour.

According to TMZ, legal documents filed by promoter Jeremy Hill claim that Evans was booked to perform at Wolf Creek Amphitheater in Atlanta on September 10, 2016. A deposit of $17,500 was made as part of the agreement which included a non-compete clause in the contract.

However Hill claims that he learned that Evans was scheduled to perform in Atlanta as part of the Bad Boy Reunion tour just two days before his event, thus violating the clause.

The clause reportedly specified that Evans should not perform anywhere within a 100 mile radius of his scheduled show for the six months leading up to September 10th.

Hill’s lawsuit against the R&B diva is reportedly seeking to block her from doing the Atlanta Bad Boy show, and also demanding $100,000 for her trying to bail on his show.
