The “Fake Love” hit maker secured thirteen Billboard Music Awards on Sunday at the Bellagio fountains in Las Vegas, smashing British singer-songwriter Adele’s record.
The “Hello” singer set the record back in 2012 when she won awards for top artist, top female artist and top pop artist.
After 22 nominations, the “6 God” walked away with awards including; Top Artist, Top Billboard 200 Artist, Top Hot 100 Artist, Top Artist, Top Song Sales Artist, Top Rap Tour, Top Rap Artist, and Top Streaming Songs Artist.
“I just want to say hold tight Adele because when a new ting drops you will crawl your way back to get the record back,” said Drake during his acceptance speech.
