D’Angel is spreading the Christmas spirit with some of those who need it most this season.
The “No Worries” deejay recently visited the Bustamante Children’s Hospital where she personally delivered special Christmas gifts to children from the Isolation Ward as part of the ‘Santa’s Little Helpers’ program, which was organized by the Giving a Helping Hand Jamaica Foundation.
The female artist says she felt compelled to use her star power to raise help and awareness for many of the children especially a 2-year-old cancer patient, whom she revealed left her heartbroken.

D’Angel recently used her social platforms to share the child’s bank account information and also encouraged the boy’s mother to launch a go fund me account to help raise funds for his medical fees.
The Dancehall diva is one of several persons chosen to be a part of the special program which will continue throughout the holidays making stops at the Maxfield Park Children’s Home later this week, as well as the distribution of food to the homeless on Christmas Day.
