D’Angel is set to perform at a Pride Ja event next month.
The “No Worries” deejay is set to perform at an event on August 6 as part of a week-long list of activities planned to celebrate the lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender (LGBT) community in Jamaica.
According to D’Angel, she was contacted by the group to perform at the event to which she gladly agreed.
Last month the entertainer used her social media accounts to declared her support for the LGBT community saying she respects and loves all her fans irrespective of their sexual orientation.
D’Angel Slams Fan For Body Shaming Her
The female Dancehall superstar explained that she is a professional artiste with a wide fanbase and has learned to separate her personal beliefs from her obligations as a performing artiste.
D’Angel was one of few Dancehall acts to openly declare their support for the LGBT community recently as “Loodi” deejay Shenseea also took to Instagram showing her support to the community.
