D’Angel says she will no longer be referred to as the First lady of Dancehall.
The “Stronger” singer made the announced on Monday night via social media that she has decided to drop her popular “First lady of Dancehall” title.
According to D’Angel, her new moniker is the “Lady of Dancehall.” Angel, whose given name is Michelle Downer, started to call herself the First lady of Dancehall after getting married to Beenie Man back in back in 2006.
Unfortunately the two got divorced in 2011. Beenie Man and D’Angel share a son, Marco Dean together.
