Female Dancer “Rebel” is warning women against performing the popular “Pon The Concrete” dance routine which she says has left her experiencing severe pains in her vaginal area.

According to the dancer, she has stopped performing the dance move over time as she began experiencing severe pains after performing the move on several occasions.

The popular dance, which is inspired by Star Khaliba’s hit single “Pon Di Concrete” instructs females to “Knock the p***y pon the damn concrete,” which would probably explain her injuries.

According to Rebel, if females want to dance to the song there are other gyrating moves that they can perform which are equally entertaining while limiting the possibility of injury they might face.

The controversial dance move has also been blasted by doctors, with one Gynaecologist Dr Michael Abrahams offering his warnings to females against subjecting their vaginas to such unnecessary trauma. He also warned women of the possibilities of causing infections from harmful bacteria on the hard surfaces.

“Pon Di Concrete” is only the latest in a slew of controversial dance moves that have seemingly invaded the dancehall in recent years.
