Carlene Smith, more popularly known as Dancehall Queen Carlene is mourning the passing of her mother, Ivy Isaacs.
Isaacs, 85, died on Friday, January 18, 2019 in Queens, New York.
In an Instagram post, Carlene expressed sorrow at the passing for her mother, saying it was the saddest day of her life and the pain she was feeling was unexplainable.

“January 18, 2019 @ 8:00pm Jamaican time, my beautiful mother had passed away. This is the saddest day of my life. The pain I am feeling right now is inexplicable…. Mommy, we will be together again and I know that you are in heaven watching over me. I love you! ?❤️,” Jamaica’s first Dancehall Queen wrote.
