A music producer listed as one of the most wanted men in St James was charged with two counts of murder and one count of wounding with intent when he surrendered to the police on Saturday.
The producer who is reportedly linked to a popular Dancehall entertainer from the parish has been identified as 27-year-old Kirk Stevens otherwise called ‘Wanka’ or ‘Shattam’ of Flankers or Guango Cresent, both in St James.
The charges were laid after Stevens reported to the police about 6:00 am, accompanied by his lawyer. His court date is to be announced at a later date.
